  4.         FeatherNet BBS Version 4.00 is progressing well.  Due to the many
  5.         enhancements, I expect a release my the end of October, 1992 which
  6.         will include *MOST* of the code planned for version 4.00.  After
  7.         the initial release more enhancements will be added to the code and
  8.         a version 4.10 will be forthcoming.
